Markus – For the most part it stays 1-2 true working sets. However there are cases where If I only got 4-5 reps on my top set, I may do an extra set
Or, instances like currently where I am limited on certain movements I can do within a session so instead of say doing 3-4 sets between two movements I may do 3 sets one movement making total volume the same, but just more within one movement
I truthfully just go by feel
