Sets of 15-12 increasing weight on each until I reached 1 top max round

Smith front squat
275 x 7
315 x 4
225 x 10ish

Cybex squat press
More ham emphasis
Warm up sets of about 10 reps each adding 1 pps each time until reaching 7pps x 17
Did a second set with 7 pps unsure of reps but had partner assist full contraction on the last 4ish reps

Leg extension piston style reps
Bottom partial reps smith back squat
Worked up to one hard round of 12ish each

From here I wanted to do adductor and walking lunges but tweaked my hip even worse and had to call it
