I felt the urge to train hamstrings today as for some reason everybody has been posting stiff leg deadlift videos over the weekend.

I might have gone a little overboard but fuck it. It was fun. Here is what I did:

 

Calves as always…

Hamstring seated curls – 5 strip sets of 10 reps each (rest/paused) – 82kg –> 53kg

Deadlifts off the floor – 110kg x 20 – 150kg x 8 – 190kg x 6 – 230kg x 3×3 – 190 x 6x 3 – 110 x 20

dumbell curls on the floor – 25kg – 5 x 6 reps cluster set (30 sec. rest)

Took me 10 minutes to get back up off the floor after this…

–> Stretching!
