Chest + Delts
Bicep tendon is inflammed. My chest7delt training is limited for the time being…
Deadstop DEcline smith presses
2 plates – 3 x 20 (rest/pause)
The decline angle doesn´t hurt at all…
Superset of bodyweight dips / cable crossovers
3 sets to failure / 42,5 x 10 (rest/pause)
flat DB flys/presses – 25kg – 3 sets of 10
DB pullovers
3 sets of 10+, 50kg
Triset x3:
incline bench rear delts – 20kg x 15
banded extremely wide grip pullups – purple band x 10
rear delt cable – 12,5kg x 20 (rest/pause)
Due to my inflamed bicep tendon all I can do for delts is rears… 🙁
+3 sets Abs to failure
