that being said, if what youre doing is getting you stronger and not bigger, and it hasnt worked for a long time (not just 1 week or 1 month) personally i would take a few months to look into different rep ranges or different styles you havent tried before (i.e. giant sets, metabolic/cell swelling stressors, etc). anything you havent been doing. my $0.02
