Hey Nick –
Its really hit or miss man. From a seated to standing position around the house I always feel it. During training most sessions I would end say with pain around 7 or pain around 9 felt during a movement that would fade down to like a 6-7 the rest of the session then I have had two sessions since December where i can hardly walk post training.
My biggest concern is the atrophy in the leg and getting to the bottom of what is causing it. If you look at my lateral quad its just gone compared to what it used to be and what my right leg is. Also the hematoma is concerning to me
