Really feel that my body is clicking well right now,  I am back into my routine and things are going well. I was 246.6 today so the diet phase has also helped.

I think I am really starting to enter into the ground of being the strongest I have ever been and by the end of Feb I will be able to say that which makes me excited! This year for me is all about getting as strong as possible.

Jan 18 – Shoulders and Triceps

Seated Military Barbell Press
-Was able to get back up to 315 today which its been about a year since I have done as I got away from the movement. Would like to be able to do 315 x 10 by years end

Rack Press – Drop Set
245 x 6 failed on 7 / Drop 295 x 5 full reps

Barbell Upright Row
145 x 7
165 x 6 DROP 115 x 8

Weighted Dips
88lb KB + 26lb KB x 8 reps (see the other day on chest that was just a bad day haha)

Behind Back Cable lateral raise
20 x 8

Dual D Handle Pressdown
Failed at a set of 50 x 6 into a single drop

Rope Cross Body Extension
