hopefully you get your leg sorted soon. as far as leg development goes i know a few people with MASSIVE legs who never barbell squat anymore (Jordan peters comes to mind) and opt for movements with better direct quad or ham loading


but man i cant and wont let go of barbell squatting unless im not physically able. theres just nothing like it
