Hey Pedro – We are getting a bit caught up in formalities here…prior to 18 months ago BCAA was pretty much all there was, shaun has been in the game a long time and has been referring to them as BCAA for a long time if we are honest with ourselves bcaa’s did just fine or at least the same as EAA’s. Physiques the past 18 months have not taken a 180 degree turn for the better simply because everyone has gone to complete formulas.
