Hey Matt! So I had a question here when you mentioned giving yourself a break hormonally through your HRT script. You don’t have to answer this if you don’t think its a fair/appropriate question–I am just curious because I do believe I am in the same boat here and it would help me out tremendously.
Do you use doctor prescribed HRT or do you more-so mean going to a cruise dose of TRT? A little background here–I have not been a natural athlete since I was 23, I have been using the blast/cruise method via my coaches suggestion. What I am trying to figure out here is if it would be more beneficial to see a health and wellness doctor to go that route or would monitoring my bloods myself with my coach be a better option. Anyways, loving the site!
