Michaela and I have been taking things literally a day at a time. We just did 4 days straight of no cardio and today I added in 20 min and did 140g of rice at meals 1-5. (this is just 140g not in addition to what is laid out above) the rest of the plan stays as above.
Tomorrow is her travel day so we will keep things lower most likely but again depends on where she wakes up
