Start of Week 4 – Off Season Update
I hit 249 this morning which is honestly mind boggling to me. Yes this is the most consistent I have been in that its basically prep just with more food but I have no where even close to maxed out my food. My hunger is high, cardio still in 6 days a week other than leg day and all is going well. I am for sure starting to feel the weight a bit in terms of fatigue which is bound to happen gaining basically 3o lbs in 3 weeks. Blood sugar and blood pressure still good. BG this am was 88.
