Rob – Magnesium supplement calms the body post training and puts it into a more relaxed state plus also helps with regularity so that is why we use it then.

Matthew – We use a consistent RPM and Intensity level throughout prep as long as it is yielding the result we want. The intensity level on each bike is not the same but for example during my prep on a lifefitness bike I kept it on level 10 and 90 rpm and on a precour bike I kept it on level 8 and 90 rpm
