Hey Matt!
Follow on question on the recumbent bike
Do you get your athletes to turn up the resistance and push hard, or don’t add any extra resistance/levels and get them to go faster (higher RPM)?
Interested in trying it myself as I have found treadmill in the past to really flatten out and lose size in my legs and I recently invested in a recumbent bike
