Hit 225.4 today so my weights the past three mornings after the high day and full day of rest have been 231.8 / 229 / 225.4 today.

Made a few slight adjustments to yesterdays diet I am just fine tuning daily at this point. I pulled another 40g of carbs but added some fats back in. Really happy with this mornings look. I did an hour on the bike this morning and will be training back today.

Here is yesterdays diet
