Hey Hanna

As best as we can I try to not touch calories on off days to me they are a in place for recovery so if you are increasing the deficit you are also decreasing the ability to recover so as long as progress is being made I like to keep things in place. I might actually do a high day on an off day as well depending on the extent of the hole that one might be in.
