Hey Matt, just a question on cream of rice. I notice you eat quite a bit of cream of rice.
For me due to its easy digestibility it can cause some reactive hypoglycaemia. I consume it preworkout, so in the off season I just add some nut butter to slow that down. However when dieting and fats are super low I cant do this, which has caused me to start to go hypo and feel crap mid workout. Do you think it would be a good idea in this scenario to add a little bit of fiber powder to the cream of rice to slow digestion and hence slow blood glucose spike?
