Just a quick one will do a video today as well.
My weight as of last Tuesday was 233.8 from the “rebound” very common for me, as of Saturday morning I was 225.8 so a very trying week in terms of energy demands pulling on me. I hit back to back refeed days and woke up looking better then I had the day before and definitely better then every day last week it seemed the increase in food helped me get out the final flush of water. Starting today at 229.8 I am making the final push towards USA’s I will be 100% ready in 12 days time which is 2 weeks out from finals and I am leaving in 14 days time, giving me 3 full days out there to acclimate before the show on Friday.
