Hey Ben – Here is my honest answer on that, I actually think creatine is a good thing to keep in (in its purest form) my issue is not with the creatine more so with the lack of integrity with most supplement companies so because of this I most often pull it just to rule out any variables not aiding in the goal, ie fillers, cheap product ect.
